GBAbove and beyond customer service ! I want to reach out and thank the entire KIND team for above and beyond service to help me with an unfortunate event. One of my new KIND lights failed due to drywall dust being sucked into the fixture. KIND was extremely generous and repaired the fixture under warranty! (the new fixture warranty was voided, but repaired). I want to especially thank Michael, Jesse and Jeff for all the extra effort and customer support! Jeff, sorry I bugged you with a couple of messages, the documentation and configuration for using multiple lights with the control center can be confusing. Thanks again for your help and patience, I'll be writing a hardware review after a little more use and a side by side grow using our HLG fixtures vs KIND. GBTravis is awesome! Ive owned my kindled xl1000 for close to a year now it started to fritz out but as soon as i reached out to growstrongindustries i cgot a call back from one of the best customer service agents out there. If yall get the chance to speak with travis he is a true pleasure. He went above and beyond for me for 2 weeks trying to get my light fixed so i could get back to what i love most, growing! Super amazing company lead by super awesome people.

GBBad Situation Turned Positive I had what started as a bad experience, turn out to be a positive one. Michael with the customer service team at Kind LED was able to diagnose my problem via chat and determine that I didn't need to spend money to ship my light back for service. A couple days later a new SD card and WiFi dongle showed up at my house. Now both my light and connection to my router work flawlessly without the hassle of sending my unit back.
