Product is awesome but takes time to… Product is awesome but takes time to work out the kinks. Only reason I am giving this 4 stars is due to horrible customer service, I tried getting help with a leaking issue I was having and when I called, i reached a woman that clearly spoke little English and was absolutely no help whatsoever. She told me to send email and that's all I got out of her. I sent email but never received a answer. The leaking was caused by me and not the product though. After figuring out the issue the auto pot system is working perfect and my crops are very happy.

Two green thumbs up! Excellent customer service. They helped me deal with a manufacturer on an issue that was really beyond Grow Buds control. Above and beyond, two green thumbs up.

No scam here. Great products right on time. I read all the reviews here and was a bit skeptical so I reached out to Andrew at Wegrow, and voiced my concerns. He made sure my order was shipped out immediately upon receipt and I got my SF4000s about a week later. So far the gang at wegrowbuds has been true to their word, and I've had a great experience with them.

Growbuds Fans Last year I Purchased 5 oscillating 6 inch fans. After receiving them 2 of them did not work So I contacted growbuds and they replaced the 2 defective ones. A few days later another 3 stopped working And I never received any response from them. After numerous emails I still did not get a response because now I have 7 fans that are not working. I would never buy anything from them again. I also purchased 6 spider farmer lights from them Hopefully I will never have a problem with them. Dealing with their customer service is a total nightmare. If you need to purchase anything please I beg you go elsewhere.

My first order from GrowBuds was 3 of… My first order from GrowBuds was 3 of there 6” oscillating fans.they create incredible air circulation. At no fault of GB 1 Fan failed 😵, there was a short in supply wire 😳 I repaired supply line and fan is back in service 😊 Sincerely, DS
