Awesome customer service that goes above and beyond expectations! I had placed a preorder for some fans that was unfortunately impacted by the supply chain issues every business has faced over the past year. The customer service agent kept me informed throughout the process and when it became clear that the fans order would not make it in time for my needs, they replaced the order with a comparable product that was listed for more money than my original order. I am more than happy with my experience and will be looking here first for all my grow needs.

I needed to swap out my tower fan to… I needed to swap out my tower fan to have more floor space in my tent. Growbuds fans were perfect. They easily clip right onto the tent poles and they have a decent amount of power (for my 4x4 tents) I did have to wrap a piece of tape around the pole right under the fan clip to keep it from slowly sliding down the pole. Other than that very small modification, I am very impressed with the fan. I ordered 3 of them

Bad business practicesIf you order thing from this… If you order something from this company you better hope their supplier has it because they won’t. Taking over 2 months to receive a pre-order, so far. Multitude of excuses made using broken English. Beware!!!

If it wasn’t for the extended shipping… If it wasn’t for the extended shipping period, I would have given 5 stars. The customer service took a little longer than expected to return my email, but they definitely worked everything out in the end. The products I received were in great condition with no damages and packaged with care. My overall experience was good and I would not hesitate to shop with them again.

Growbuds Fans Last year I Purchased 5 oscillating 6 inch fans. After receiving them 2 of them did not work So I contacted growbuds and they replaced the 2 defective ones. A few days later another 3 stopped working And I never received any response from them. After numerous emails I still did not get a response because now I have 7 fans that are not working. I would never buy anything from them again. I also purchased 6 spider farmer lights from them Hopefully I will never have a problem with them. Dealing with their customer service is a total nightmare. If you need to purchase anything please I beg you go elsewhere.
