Good service, small arrangement I'm a retired florist, and for$85 I would have made the arrangement fuller and with more variety. Too many red roses, not enough interesting selections.

Beautiful but not so beautiful. I have often used Big Apple and have been pleased for many years. However the delivery of flowers for a Passover dinner was in complete disarray and flowers were falling out of the square and rectangular vases. The standing were fine. Way too much greenery and not enough flowers and then falling out made it worse. I should not have to be rearranging flowers to make them stay in the vase. And all overwhelmed with water spilling everywhere. Given the price which I've always felt was deserved in the past, I was most unhappy and will think twice before ordering again.
