What I think?!! Recipient sent me a picture of flowers when received. Arrangement was very pretty! However, not worth the amount if money charged for 6 flowers, one hydrangea head, two roses and three daisies. I live on the UES and am used to paying a more than usual but come on! Someone was laughing that day when they put the charge through!!!!! Gave you 4 stars as arrangement was pretty but will not use again as I feel taken. Thanks for asking for my opinion

Worked with me! I called many florists in the area and Big Apple Florists was only florists that sent me a photo of bouquet before sending out! They also sent notice saying it was delivered. Being from Iowa, I thought price was steep compared to home.

The were nice but arrived late I had to call to see where the plants were. The show had already started and we had customers in the booth when the plants finally arrived. Some plants didn't match and had torn leaves. The plants worked out fine but if they had all matched and been on time I would have given a higher rating.

Fantastic Florist for business floral arrangements! Used Big Apple for floral arrangements for our business partners in NY. Called from Dallas, TX and the staff was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Two separate orders were placed and arrived right on time to the delight and surprise of our partners. Big Apple Florist says YES to my requests and needs Two years ago I started sending flowers to business visitors. Only Big Apple Florists could arrange to have bouquets delivered to hotel rooms upon guest check-ins. Other florists kept saying they couldn't deliver them until after check-in; one arrangement got lost at the front desk. Big Apple has always come through. Recently I asked for a bouquet to go to friends, without knowing their address. Yes, they said, we'll contact them by email, be sure we get the right information and follow up on the order. It meant extra effort, but we managed to surprise my artist friend. With a lovely bouquet. Visitors to the gallery opening commented on the beauty of the arrangement. I will keep doing business with Big Apple because it saves me time and guarantees a beautiful gift.
