GBGreat potatoes Great potatoes - order early, though, because you may not get the selections that you want otherwise. I've gotten squeezed out two years in a row for one of my favorite varieties. Order these potatoes if you are serious about growing potatoes with an amazing taste - but don't order if you aren't going to follow through because they are relatively pricey (not that I've shopped around...)

GBI was very disappointed I was very disappointed. This year I thought I would go with a family farm type supplier. I ordered my potatoes in December. About the end of December they reached out to me asking when I would like my seed potatoes delivered. This was positive, a personalize approach! Being is Central Texas I requested the middle of January for delivery. Well January came and went with no potatoes. I pretty much gave up and figured I would work the beds to get early summer veggies planted in February. Well about the 3rd week in February the potatoes show up. What the heck am I going to do with these. I live in Texas for goodness sake. Halfway through the growth cycle for the potatoes we will already be in the 90s and potatoes do not do well in heat. I did not give them a 1 star because I really hate giving negative reviews to family run operations.

GBGreat quality seed potatoes We regularly order our seed potatoes from Wood Prairie Family Farm. The product we receive is great and it arrives on the date we specify. We have ordered from competitors in the past, who had lower prices, but the difference in yield is so significant that the is costs us less overall to buy the better seed potatoes from Wood Prairie. GBGood warranty, getting replacement seed potatoes Severely limited crop this year, worked with owners on getting replacement seed potatoes for next season. Harvest may have been weather related, next year should solve the issues encountered.

GBSo far, so good. I'll update my review after I plant my spuds, but as of now, Wood Prairie seems like a good place to get seed potatoes. The ordering-delivery was a little confusing, but I think I finally figured it out.
