ZABeautiful bouquet of roses delivered right on time I ordered a bouquet of red roses from South Africa to be delivered to my daughter in a small town in Portugal on her birthday, the 8th of May. What a wonderful surprise I had when she sent me a photo of the beautiful fresh roses delivered early on the morning of her birthday!

FRThe gap between the picture and the reality. I ordered from you website a beautiful… I ordered from you website a beautiful cherry blossom arrangement, very luxurious with flowers. What was delivered to the recipient was a skinny plant with one or two branches and one measly flower. I was horrified when she sent me a picture of it, which in no way resembled what I had ordered from you. This is the second time this has happened.

GBPoor (non-realtime) customer service. Ordered a cake to be sent to recipient in another country. Bank account debited. Company emailed ‘We don’t know if you’re genuine, so have to speak to you’. After getting past that stage (even though bank accepted transaction without query), company sent email stating cake would be delivered. Second email came later saying cake would not be delivered due to location of recipient. Refund supposedly triggered (waits in anticipation). Real-time chat didn’t work and initial emails took hours to get response. This is not how to operate an international company’s customer service.

GBSCAM- ZERO STARS! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and as so many others.... received NOTHING! No confirmation receipt, no way of communicating with them- the 800 number is D/C, the Chat Line is disabled and the Support and "Richard" emails get ignored! But damn, my card was hit and charged within 3 seconds of the order. This is fraudulent business practice!!!!
