I brought my snowblower in for a repair… I brought my snowblower in for a repair recently. The snowblower was originally purchased at the store. They repaired it I was able to use it for a very short time before breaking. Took it back and they tried to charge me A phenomenal amount of money more! They said that something must’ve gone wrong since the unit left the shop! We barely used the unit actually we used our son machine in conjunction with ours. so in essence we used our “repaired“ unit for approximately 30 minutes before it malfunctioned. I would never trust the store with repairs in the future!

Last name of Mutton you can be as rude as you choose... Wanted to talk to a salesperson that I previously has done business. That person has been let go from the business. That was disappointing. What really was frustrating was the arrogance of the person telling me that they were this person's replacement. This person has the last name Mutton. I mentioned I thought they were being significantly arrogant that they replaced the other person. The reply I received was "you asked, I told you!" Click. He hung up on me. I had considered doing a lot more business with them. Not too sure I want to do any business with them. Very disappointing. I guess I would have expected to hear, unfortunately he is no longer with us, how may I help you? I need to stop so my wife can go pick up the mowers we ordered from another business.

They sold me a part they didn’t even… They sold me a part they didn’t even have and apparently couldn’t get, charged me and waited days to tell me they wouldn’t be shipping it. I knew I should have bought through a retailer I’ve actually heard of and can trust. I would recommend buying elsewhere if you really need the part.

No communication about delivery No communication about delivery. Transport folks called to make delivery as I was leaving town. Had to change delivery location, and choose one within a mile and closer to the transport agency but incurred an $80 fee for really no reason. Better communication would have and could have avoided this issue.

Had riding mower sent in for a tune up… Had riding mower sent in for a tune up and sharpen blades. When returned the mower would not start. Asked to fix this issue by someone with more knowledge. Was told original repair person had been fired. The mower was returned a second time and the latch holding down the hood was broken. When called Mutton, explained the problem and service agent on phone asked if "do you have anything else to complain about?". Agent said he would look into the complaint and call back. Still waiting. Biggest issue: The owner is in her mid 70's, a widow and suffers from lymphoma.
