FDE is a hidden Gem I have been using another florist for 10 years. Their arrangements were always great, but I wanted to try something different and special. A co-worker of mine suggested Flower deliver express. He and I searched their site together, and suddenly I realized what I had been missing all these years! I ordered a seasonal arrangement for my wife for the holidays and she was so ecstatic about the unique arrangement she received, and the quality and freshness of the flowers. The best part? I saved a TON of money by ordering with FDE, and got something better. Flower deliver express is a hidden gem.

If you can get someone on the phone they're great! I'll admit, I was wary at first. I had found out late on a Friday afternoon that is was my bosses birthday so I tried to scramble a last minute flower delivery for her, which after placing the order I was sure would not make it. Then I found out the was going out of town for the rest of the week and was leaving imminently. The flowers seemed pretty moot at that point so I decided to cancel the order, which was a process. I had to call the customer service line 4 times and sit on hold for 30 minutes before I actually got a chance to speak to someone. The woman I spoke to was vary kind but and was determined to do everything in her power to make sure the order got to my boss but unfortunately it just wasn't going to happen. I would honestly have given a lower rating if it wasn't for the customer service provided by the woman I spoke with.

Disaster and disappointment Unreliable and disappointing. Paid over a $100 for 3 stems of twisted damaged lilies of indeterminate color shoved into a jam jar and an expired box of chocolates. Paid for greeting card. No card was received. Order was a day late and left out in the cold. The "arrangement", if you can call three stems of lilies an arrangement, did not resemble the ordered flowers in any shape or form. They also looked like they were pulled from the trash, torn and yellowed. So unbelievably dishonest. Do not order flowers from this company under any circumstances. Instead, find a well reviewed florist near the recipient and call or email the florist directly.

I was scamed Hello back in may I placed a order for a 40 b-day flowers and paid over 53 bucks for them on my credit card I called many times just got run around many times I put in over 5 hours of my time to get what I paid for still no flowers it's a big f.....scam I work very hard for my money don't ever ever buy from these scam people

Work of Art Absolutely beautiful. The color of these roses was like nothing I have ever seen. The picture looked like they were black, but when we received them, the coloring was actually a dark crimson with a hint of blue on the edges. Wow - is all I can say. What a unique, beautiful, and even artistic arrangement. I don’t think a local florist could have done better. Flower Delivery Services truly know GORGEOUS.
