I spoke to a customer service representative on the phone before and after placing my order and she was very helpful with helping me make a decision as well as ensuring that the details of my order were accurate. SCAM my son ordered flowers for his girlfriends birthday. They go to school together and are home for summer break. He was excited to get to surprise her with flowers and chocolates. Not only were there a ton of hidden fees but nothing has ever been delivered. Flower Delivery Express was super quick and efficient in charging my card!

Work of Art Absolutely beautiful. The color of these roses was like nothing I have ever seen. The picture looked like they were black, but when we received them, the coloring was actually a dark crimson with a hint of blue on the edges. Wow - is all I can say. What a unique, beautiful, and even artistic arrangement. I don’t think a local florist could have done better. Flower Delivery Services truly know GORGEOUS.

FDE is a hidden Gem I have been using another florist for 10 years. Their arrangements were always great, but I wanted to try something different and special. A co-worker of mine suggested Flower deliver express. He and I searched their site together, and suddenly I realized what I had been missing all these years! I ordered a seasonal arrangement for my wife for the holidays and she was so ecstatic about the unique arrangement she received, and the quality and freshness of the flowers. The best part? I saved a TON of money by ordering with FDE, and got something better. Flower deliver express is a hidden gem.

Horrible Value The flowers were delivered the day AFTER Mother's Day. I wouldn't be so upset, but the bouquet that arrived were 12 tulips sticking out of a vase. For $126 (after free shipping and "$40 off coupon"). They looked nothing like the picture online, and the description on the website never mentioned the low number of flowers. This is an unacceptable charge for the product received. Well noted.
