Brought A Palram 6x4 greenhouse £399… Brought A Palram 6x4 greenhouse £399 its a load of sh:t the instructions for Assembly might as well be written in Latin well the pictures for assembly are so confusing you are better off not bothering with them as each page just contradict there self. Mostly the product is not worth the money poor quality very flimsy a crisp bag is stronger

Not fit for purpose Do not buy a Palram Oasis polycarbonate greenhouse if you live in a place subject to strong winds eg Scotland.. I live in Edinburgh and this greenhouse blew down within a couple of months of purchase. I managed to re-erect it and secured the roof to the base using wires fed through the roof struts. This did prevent the structure from disappearing down the street during a recent storm but it didn’t prevent it from imploding. It now lies in pieces in my garage awaiting the visit of an insurance assessor.

Absolutely delighted with my recent… Absolutely delighted with my recent purchase/delivery and build of my lovely greenhouse. I was a bit aprehensive (at 77yrs of age) building it......but, in all honesty it all went together perfectly (patience and reading the instructions twice before each step works wonders). I now have a very happy wife, and you know what that means "happy wife, happy life". 100% for service. I should also add that during the build of the greenhouse, I lost / misplaced one of the door lock assembly components....Parlam were contacted through Amazon and very swiftly (and I mean very, very quickly) replaced the complete door lock components free of charge.

False Claims Bought a Canopia Feria back in November 2021, installed perfectly. Encountered a 30mph wind storm with heavy rain two weeks ago. Next day found fiberglass pieces everywhere and panels had shown signs of flaking. I thought that was odd seeing how they claim the panels are polycarbonate. Company tried to tell me that I had not removed the protective coverings. I've been a building contractor for 30 years.

Shed had missing rubber seals and every… Shed had missing rubber seals and every time I try to contact customer service, it doesn’t lead you anywhere, same with trying to order free gift, left a review on b&q where it was purchased from but is this just a con???? Is someone available to answer queries anywhere and enable us to make the shed wind proof and safe in high winds???????? It’s so frustrating.
