GBLovely Flowers - Wrong Style & Late but still Lovely <3 I placed an order for next-day delivery, the day before thanksgiving. That being said, I was not totally surprised when the delivery arrived at 8pm. However, given the short notice and busy holiday, I’m just grateful that they were able to complete the delivery. I took off one star because the flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. However, it was a large lovely bouquet all the same. If you’re not very particular, or you don’t place last minute orders before a holiday, I think you’ll have a great experience with Blooms Today.

GBI purchased a coupon from Groupon I purchased a coupon from Groupon. Send to my daughter for her birthday. When ordering, I was told that the lower priced item that I wanted to buy was not deliverable to her zip code. So I ordered the next highest arrangement (without my coupon it would have been $95. When delivered, it was a small arrangement and certainly not $95. In the end, I paid for the coupon of $50 and then an additional $47. This is a complete ripoff! I could have gone to the local florist and gotten an armful of flowers.

GBI did not receive the flower display I… I did not receive the flower display I paid for; also paid for early delivery and it did not arrive till 5:30 in the evening. I will never use this company again.

GBWish I could give negative stars Wish I could give negative stars. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother’s Day. I got an email notification they were delivered, but my mother did not actually receive them (she also checked with some neighbors to make sure they didn’t accidentally receive them). When I contacted Blooms Today about this, I was told they were redelivered today (Tuesday) but, again, my mother didn’t receive anything. Am now in process of just trying to get my money back.

GBAbsolutely disgusted Absolutely disgusted. I placed an order this morning very early with the statement of confirmation of delivery today which is the day before Thanksgiving. I actually got an email that said the delivery had been confirmed. I called the family and it actually had not been delivered. When calling customer service, no one answered, no one responded to emails, and it is not open tomorrow, so they will not be delivered prior to or by Thanksgiving as I had intended. I am putting every bad review known to man out there.
