Misleading!! Flowers delivered in the box Not even a star!!! CHEATED!! Ordered flowers for birthday and got "DELIVERED IN THE BOX" instead of delivering in a vase like in the picture. So, I have to put in a vase by myself. How could this be an arrangement?? I can buy flowers from a market and put it in a vase with cheaper price.

My nieces husband passed away with… My nieces husband passed away with three teenage children in the family. The attempted delivery to the funeral home (twice) was made and the flowers still are not there. The Memorial Service was yesterday! They are sending fresh flowers (supposedly) to her home. How unfortunate! They offered a $10 gift card which I refused. Horrible service!!! DO NOT order from here. I ordered a week in advance.

I inadvertently ordered roses sent to… I inadvertently ordered roses sent to the wrong address. After going online to change address, I was directed to From You Flowers. After speaking to the initial rep, I was transferred to a supervisor. She listened to my issue, asked a few questions, and, as a courtesy, advised they will send a second order of roses to the correct address at no charge. She was professional, kind, and solved my problem quickly. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. Thank you From You Flowers!

poor quality flowers&mistreat customers i had to put one star but they deserve none.if you order from them beware.this company is not good if you care about your family but from someone else.i had to turn over my case to paypal here's why i ordered flowers for my mom for easter they were supposed to be delivered on march 30th a day before easter well that didnt happen.they were delivered on april 1st and not even the ones i ordered so they sent my mom very cheap flowers which i paid 80 dollars and my mom got flowers that looked so bad and cheap something you would pay 20 dollars for at a dollar store.they not only upset my family,but hurt my mom by giving here very chaep flowers that are dying.i been reading the reviews here and it sounds like im not the only one they did this to how can a company treat their customers this way.shame on From You Flowers on how you treat your customers.
