GBTHE SITE IS A SCAM! I placed the order weeks in advance and immediately tried to update the shipping date as I learned my mom won't be there to receive the flowers and was told that the delivery has already been processed and they will not be able to update the delivery or process cancelations. Their staff refuses to provide me with any assistance. This site is a complete and utter scam!!! Do not waste your time or money! I want to cancel!

DKI ordered a tulips bouquet for my sister and never got it:( I ordered a tulips bouquet and never arrived. I then sent an email and I just got an apology but never a delivery date or a reason. I then requested a refund and I am still waiting for it. Terrible service

GBMy nieces husband passed away with… My nieces husband passed away with three teenage children in the family. The attempted delivery to the funeral home (twice) was made and the flowers still are not there. The Memorial Service was yesterday! They are sending fresh flowers (supposedly) to her home. How unfortunate! They offered a $10 gift card which I refused. Horrible service!!! DO NOT order from here. I ordered a week in advance.

GBFind Another Delivery Service Our company USED them for all of our corporate flowers so I ordered Easter cupcakes for my son and his wife. They sent cookies instead... I paid almost $50 and considering the amount of business our company has with them they did not offer anything but a discount on our next order. HA! Like we will ever use them again!!!

GBDO NOT DO IT. Flowers were delivered an hour after closing, worst experience ever. The recipient didn't even receive them in time before leaving out of town and they want to offer 30% off a future order. I'll never use this company or recommend it. Not enough flowers we paid for the deluxe and it looks basic, business hours between 8-and 4 they delivered at 5:30 pm just all around wrong.
