Cotton Candy gone sour. I rated the company with this score because I feel it is false advertisement when you say, "same day delivery" and you don't. Also, what flower arrangements you put on the selection page should be what you are getting and that's not the case. I selected a bouquet "cotton candy" and what was delivered was just a put-together vase with more carnations than roses - and pretty scant. The arrangement was definitely not a professional looking one.

poor quality flowers&mistreat customers i had to put one star but they deserve none.if you order from them beware.this company is not good if you care about your family but from someone else.i had to turn over my case to paypal here's why i ordered flowers for my mom for easter they were supposed to be delivered on march 30th a day before easter well that didnt happen.they were delivered on april 1st and not even the ones i ordered so they sent my mom very cheap flowers which i paid 80 dollars and my mom got flowers that looked so bad and cheap something you would pay 20 dollars for at a dollar store.they not only upset my family,but hurt my mom by giving here very chaep flowers that are dying.i been reading the reviews here and it sounds like im not the only one they did this to how can a company treat their customers this way.shame on From You Flowers on how you treat your customers.

After reading all these bad reviews After reading all these bad reviews, I was afraid that my order would not arrive on time, so I contacted the service and received an immediate answer as to when the order would arrive. the order arrived on time and looked great. I ordered a set of balloons that looked really impressive. so I think that both the contact with the company and the delivery deserve a high rating
