GBI recently wrote a poor review… I recently wrote a poor review regarding an order on June 5th that was not delivered and I was not notified. An associate from the company named Hazel contacted and made sure my money was refunded and a free bouquet was delivered. I appreciate the effort that was made. Sounds like your company is making a real effort to get the kinks worked out. Thank you.

GBDO NOT ORDER - SCAM Why oh why didn’t I look at these reviews before I ordered 😭 I ordered a designers choice bouquet, was charged and then got an email saying my order was canceled but it didn’t give a reason. It’s been a week and I’ve not heard anything else or seen a refund. How can this company still be in business and is there anyone that has actually received a delivery????

GBFraudulent Company Ordered flowers for a mother that lost her child. Immediately my order was cancelled and now it has been over 20 days and no refund. just keep getting the same BS email from Cathleen Kaur (Customer "happiness" manager) saying that they are "looking into it". I can see from the reviews this is a trend. DO NOT believe any of the good reviews - they are fake. Ill be filing fraud/scam complaints with the Attorney Generals office, Federal Trade Commission, BBB and usa.gov - I suggest everyone being taken advantage of do the same

GBOrdered flowers 11/18/23 for my… Ordered flowers 11/18/23 for my Sister-in-law who had surgery was notetafied moments later couldn't deliver and money would be refunded, still waiting 12/19/23. I have contacted Baby Blue Florist 3 times and they told me it's in the process of a refund but am still waiting. Didn't read the reviews but should have, probably a scam, don't order from this website. Karen Brown

GBThey don’t even deserve one star They don’t even deserve one star! It’s a fraud in which I was charged but no one got flowers nor any communication about said delivery. I could only find an email for customer service no phone #. I sent emails twice and received zero response. I’m currently having investigation through the bank to try to recover money. Also found on BBB it’s not accredited and there are alerts for bad business
