Stay away from this company Stay away from this company! My bf placed an order, it was canceled with a refund promised, but he's yet to see his money back. Reading reviews, it's clear we're not alone. Deceptive practices seem to be their standard. Beware and find a trustworthy alternative. It's frustrating to see that despite countless complaints and shared stories, this company continues to operate in such a deceitful manner.

The physical address is not actually a flower shop and they have multiple websites, same product, same address, same website layout, just different names. (Sevoflowers.com) same thing happened to me as everyone else. Ordered $60 worth of flowers, never delivered, then they cancelled the order and claimed they issued me a refund. 2 weeks later and morning. They have hung up on me multiple times. We recorded all conversations. I have turned them in to the Attorney General in each state, consumer protection, the FBI (internet/scam department). I’m hoping these crooks get shut down soon!!!!!

Re: Seems to be a pattern. After filing a dispute with my credit… After filing a dispute with my credit card company, I received a complete refund for both orders. Not sure how it would have gone if I'd not involved my cc company, but let's be charitable. Still, I'd not order from them again.

Place is a rip off an order was placed… Place is a rip off an order was placed with them then they canceled the order but instead of refunding the money they charged my account twice and when I called then I was told it was untrue so I sent the screens hot of transaction and called back and was told I needed receipt from bank even though screenshot showed there company name and amount that was charged. So I'm filing police report

I recently wrote a poor review… I recently wrote a poor review regarding an order on June 5th that was not delivered and I was not notified. An associate from the company named Hazel contacted and made sure my money was refunded and a free bouquet was delivered. I appreciate the effort that was made. Sounds like your company is making a real effort to get the kinks worked out. Thank you.
