The physical address is not actually a flower shop and they have multiple websites, same product, same address, same website layout, just different names. (Sevoflowers.com) same thing happened to me as everyone else. Ordered $60 worth of flowers, never delivered, then they cancelled the order and claimed they issued me a refund. 2 weeks later and morning. They have hung up on me multiple times. We recorded all conversations. I have turned them in to the Attorney General in each state, consumer protection, the FBI (internet/scam department). I’m hoping these crooks get shut down soon!!!!!

Shady practices Purchased flowers to be delivered the same day but order was canceled moments later saying that the “florist couldn’t make the delivery”. I would receive the refund in 2-3 days. 2 weeks later and multiple emails back and forth and I am still waiting but advised to be patient. After reading all of the other reviews I will be contacting my bank and the BBB. Don’t give these people your money. Update- I was contacted and refunded after leaving this review.

Fraudulent Company Ordered flowers for a mother that lost her child. Immediately my order was cancelled and now it has been over 20 days and no refund. just keep getting the same BS email from Cathleen Kaur (Customer "happiness" manager) saying that they are "looking into it". I can see from the reviews this is a trend. DO NOT believe any of the good reviews - they are fake. Ill be filing fraud/scam complaints with the Attorney Generals office, Federal Trade Commission, BBB and usa.gov - I suggest everyone being taken advantage of do the same

Don't Use Baby Blue Florest-Complete Scam!!! I placed an order that totaled $82.76 on 10/12/2023, then the order was immediately cancelled with a refund promised. I called several times, but all I got was an email confirming the refund pending in 2 business days. I never got my money back and confirmed with my bank that the charge was made on 10/12/23, cleared my bank on 10/16/23 and there was no refund ever posted to my account. This was a birthday present for a child's 7th birthday and I have tried all I know to do to obtain my money. The order was not filled and the bank won't dispute the charges to assist me with obtaining a refund either. Their customer service only identified the refund was owed and claimed it was done, but I paid for this service through Baby Blue Florist and the emails came from Sarata Flowers. Buyers be very aware that they are thieves, and I would never recommend spending money with this company.

I have deleted my previous review… I have deleted my previous review because I’ve received a full refund. When I initially didn’t receive a refund after two business days and didn’t get a response from a follow up email, I went into panic mode, especially after reading the bad reviews. I just felt I needed to be honest and give you all an update. Hope it works out for the rest of you.
