Purchased the caopy from Garden Winds… Purchased the caopy from Garden Winds last April. Installed several months later and only had it up for two months. Put it up again this year and the material split, has holes, dry rotted and discolored. Customer service said it was out of warranty and wouldn't give any credit or replacement. I would never buy another product from this company again.

Disappointed. Disappointed.. we have purchased 3 canopies from them in the past. They typically don't last long, but work. The last canopy we ordered was cut too short and didn't fit our structure. We argued with them and they refused to do anything so now we are stuck with a canopy that doesn't fit. Customer service is very disappointing.... Buy from someone else if you can.

Allen + Roth Replacement Canopy Purchased an Allen + Roth replacement gazebo canopy. No where near the quality of the original. Poorly fitted, hard to get on. Faded faster during the this summer than the side panels, which we've had for years. Developed a leak through small holes that Garden Winds claims are part of the manufacturing process. Our original never leaked. GW wouldn't issue a refund. Never shopping with them again, and wish I had seen this site prior to purchase. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Bought two replacement canopies from… Bought two replacement canopies from Garden Winds. The first one lasted 3 summers. Not too impressive, however given lack of other options, it was just long enough that I thought I'd give them another shot. It was still cheaper than replacing the whole metal gazebo structure, which is still in great shape. The second one, 3 years later, was considerably more expensive and I thought right away - seemed thinner and lighter than the first set. Despite waterproofing with Scotchgard spray, the roof was leaking after the first few times it rained - and not just a bit, I'm talking: pick up everything from the table right away and head inside when rain starts. After the first season with it, it could not even be removed from the structure without ripping in a few spots. Same with the installation this past summer. When it was time to take it off this fall, the canopy was paper-thin and you could rip it with two fingers. Same with their mosquito nets, by the way. Considering the high cost, by the time it's couriered to Canada, it's a rip off, given the abysmal quality. Tried to leave a review on their site - surprise, no way to do that. I wonder why!...

Blue Canopy almost white in less than 3 months! I bought a swing canopy replacement in True Navy color. 2.5 months later, it is a very light lavender color. The agreed to replace it as an "exception" because their warranty does not include "environmental damage"...you won't find that language in their warranty but you will find "made from exterior fabric". Specs say it is treated for UV protection....this product did not just fade, it catastrophically failed!
