Sorely disappointed The blue hanging basket looked nothing like the picture. The flowers did not even fill the basket. I sent a picture to show what it looked like. The other basket I ordered was perfect as usual. Very disappointed in the first however.

I was disappointed for not waiting for this next offer. I also had a coupon taking $40 off making my price $859. If I had waited, I would have paid only $809. The offers were only a few weeks apart.

Customer service review I recently purchased the Vermont White Spruce Flip Tree and everything was easy to assemble. Couldn’t get the battery in the darn remote! I called customer service and spoke with Chris. He was absolutely wonderful! He helped me to fix the issue and sent me pictures. Very nice to experience excellent customer service in these days where there usually is no person that will answer the phone. Thanks again Balsam Hill!

Beautiful & Realistic Trees Balsam Hill is the only company to purchase an artificial tree from. Just received my sparse style tree and it looks great. Cannot wait to decorate it for Christmas.
