If I could give zero stars If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a box of carpet tiles and it in no way indicted that these were otherwise damaged or cast offs from the factory line but that's exactly what I received. Most of the box had either the backing partially ripped off, carpet tile was torn, or contained a cosmetic defect in the tile. Terrible experience, if I could get my money back I would. Never, ever purchase from Carpet Tile Depot.

18 x 36 carpet tile for home office floor The samples arrived as planned and the quality of the product is even better than we expected. We’ve placed our order for the home office floor and we’re looking forward to the installation. We’re installing the carpet tile ourselves so we’re trusting in the tutorial video for accuracy. Looks straight forward to us!

Thank Goodness I Found You When my grandson said he wanted "red" carpet, I didn't know where to turn. Thank goodness I found Carpet Tile Depot! Their selection of products in an array of varying colors is awesome. The prices are good and shipping was fast. The quality and durability of the carpet tiles complete AND compliment this teenage boy's bedroom. Carpet Tile Depot will be my FIRST Stop from now on!

Really bad purchasing experience Absolute worst. Chatted about availability of an item. Assured it was in stock and would arrive in 3-5 days. 2 days later, receive an email that they are unable to get the item, even though I wrote and asked before purchasing and was told it was in hand.

So far so good. The ordering and shipping was very easy and delivery was faster than I expected. The carpet tiles won’t be installed till next spring so I can’t yet comment on that. However, I did order a sample before I placed my order and was very happy with the appearance and quality of the product.
