i purchachsed this item and within 20… i purchachsed this item and within 20 hrs went to cancel as i had made a mistake with my inventory... I was told i could not cancel as it was a special order, however i had orderd the same item and was promised a 2 week delivery , yet it took over a month.. i find it hard to beleive that something that takes a month to deliver would not be able to be cancelled within less than a day

Carpet Tile Depot offered the best… Carpet Tile Depot offered the best price for the carpet tile I selected. It was delivered by the date indicated. Having the option to pick up at a local terminal was nice and saved us some money on shipping charges. From what I could tell, the tiles were packaged well and in good condition. Customer service at Carpet Tile Depot and the terminal were great. I would definitely keep Carpet Tile Depot in mind for future needs. Thank you!

Really bad purchasing experience Absolute worst. Chatted about availability of an item. Assured it was in stock and would arrive in 3-5 days. 2 days later, receive an email that they are unable to get the item, even though I wrote and asked before purchasing and was told it was in hand.

So far so good. The ordering and shipping was very easy and delivery was faster than I expected. The carpet tiles won’t be installed till next spring so I can’t yet comment on that. However, I did order a sample before I placed my order and was very happy with the appearance and quality of the product.

Terrific Experience at Carpet Tile Depot Just completed a carpet purchase with Carpet Tile Depot. Their salesman Jeremy Price was excellent and extremely patient with high end carpet tile for the recreation room in our new home.
