Other than the cost of getting them… Other than the cost of getting them delivered, everything went very smoothly. Amount of delivery charge for a small project made it almost not cost-effective. There should be another way for you to get product delivered for less delivery expense. I am in the piano and organ business, and I ship organs across the country, much more reasonable than your shipping tile squares. I am planning on renewing my show room and also some more work at home and would like to have a better way to deliver the tiles. Thank you.

Terrific Experience at Carpet Tile Depot Just completed a carpet purchase with Carpet Tile Depot. Their salesman Jeremy Price was excellent and extremely patient with high end carpet tile for the recreation room in our new home. My wife and I had typical homeowner indecision on our purchase and he took the time to explain the different products, send samples and make the whole experience enjoyable. 5-Star rating for sure, Thank you Jeremy !!

If I could give zero stars If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a box of carpet tiles and it in no way indicted that these were otherwise damaged or cast offs from the factory line but that's exactly what I received. Most of the box had either the backing partially ripped off, carpet tile was torn, or contained a cosmetic defect in the tile. Terrible experience, if I could get my money back I would. Never, ever purchase from Carpet Tile Depot.

Quick and BEAUTIFUL samples! All of the samples were sent quickly and in great shape. The note on the back on how to install is a GAME CHANGER for this newby DIY'er! Another vendor sent a raggedy cut piece of carpet that we couldn't tell very much from, with exception to the quality of how the request was handled. You made a definite impression with the full size samples that we could place in the room and 'see' how it would look! We are definitely leaning towards you as a provider. Thank you for your prompt and efficient response.

Really bad purchasing experience Absolute worst. Chatted about availability of an item. Assured it was in stock and would arrive in 3-5 days. 2 days later, receive an email that they are unable to get the item, even though I wrote and asked before purchasing and was told it was in hand.
