Ordering was easy. Ordering was easy. I like the quality of the mats. Am a long time customer. I would have given 5 stars but the last mat does not lay flat a 100%. There are a few little waves on the long sides where it does not lay flat.

New Building Entry Mat Lots of selection. The ordering process was easy and I really liked the proofs we received, we could really tell what the rug was going to look like. Turnaround on the making of the rug and shipping was really fast and the cost was very competitive. Customer service was great, reply time was super fast.
