The carpet is nice but the installation wasn't completely like we were told. We were told that the floors would be repaired for their squeakiness. The installer told my husband that repairing the floor was extra and we didn't pay extra. They also put our furniture back in the wrong place. Overall, it was an okay experience but one that wasn't perfect.

Five Star experience! We upgraded our flooring to hardwood from carpet. Dalton Carpet One did an amazing work from beginning to an end throughout the process delivering an excellent quality of work. Flooring Consultant Paul Deaton made sure whole transaction ran smooth even though we had to reschedule and all. We really appreciate his wonderful customer service skill making us feel our project was his top priority. Because of him and his staff, this project went on nice and smooth all the way. We are so happy with this project, now we want to get our bath room upgrade done through Dalton Carpet One. We had a porcelain kitchen floor … We had a porcelain kitchen floor installed. We cannot say enough great things about the staff, the installers, and the service. We met with Lindsey at the store. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our selection and then made sure everything progressed smoothly. The installers, Eugene and Daniel, were exceptionally talented! They worked efficiently, did a great job installing the tiles and the trim. They were professional in every way and they cleaned up afterward. We highly recommend them and will contract them for our future bathroom project.

Worth the Price for the Great Service We had a great experience with Dalton Carpet. Originally, we started to purchase flooring from Lowes/HomeDepot and hire an independent contractor, because we thought it would be less expensive. But we got such good service and a great deal from Dalton that we were pleased we went with them. Unfortunately, we didn't get the same quality of service the second time we hired them for a job. The contractors they sent to do the job, didn't have the same level of quality that the ones who did the first job did. If we have flooring work to do again we will look into specifying which craftsmen they send out to do the work.

Good experience on short notice The consultant was excellent and accommodating, given we were coordinating replacing a waterbed mattress and carpet. They were able to do our install on short notice with our first choice of carpet. The installers did a great job on installing the carpet and moving furniture, except the headboard which should have been taken apart some, in not doing that the pieces torqued and broke the glass and scratched the wood. We knew the headboard was heavy and discussed its handling with the consultant, but the installers did not seem aware of that, having a third person along may have avoided this situation.
