Angela and JR did a great job in helping us to find exactly what we were looking for. The installers were very prompt, courteous, careful not to do any damage when moving the furniture, and always cleaned up after work was done for the day. We really like our new floors and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a porcelain kitchen floor … We had a porcelain kitchen floor installed. We cannot say enough great things about the staff, the installers, and the service. We met with Lindsey at the store. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our selection and then made sure everything progressed smoothly. The installers, Eugene and Daniel, were exceptionally talented! They worked efficiently, did a great job installing the tiles and the trim. They were professional in every way and they cleaned up afterward. We highly recommend them and will contract them for our future bathroom project.

Hardwood Floors Dalton's came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Donna (sales) worked with us and showed us a range of options and guided us to an engineered hardwood that worked for our house. She was patient, knowledgeable and caring. Dalton's worked around our tight schedule and Sam coordinated the delivery & installation. Adrian (installation) and his crew did an outstanding job on the installation. They paid attention to details like making the special molding cuts at the corners & leaving the floor cleaned.

The boss is very happy! Everyone was professional. Paul Dennis couldn't have been more helpful and gave us great advice. He took the extra time to measure and come up with the best way to install. The installers were on time, worked fast and did a magnificent job on the install. They were also very kind and even helped us move a piece of furniture that wasn't a part of the install.

The carpet is nice but the installation wasn't completely like we were told. We were told that the floors would be repaired for their squeakiness. The installer told my husband that repairing the floor was extra and we didn't pay extra. They also put our furniture back in the wrong place. Overall, it was an okay experience but one that wasn't perfect.
