Dalton Carpet One Floor & Home in Athens, GA We had a great experience with Dalton Carpet. Angela Patton, the Flooring Consultant, guided us to the perfect flooring needs. The installers worked diligently, even through unexpected replacement of sub floor. Everyone was professional, including Alex, the delivery guy who made 3 trips to our home. Steve, the troubleshooter, was excellent also. We wished someone had caught that we had a particle board sub floor before installation began. It wouldn't have changed our selections but the added cost was a shock. Live and learn. We now know what our sub floors are in the rest of the house and we love our new, clean look!

Hardwood Floors Dalton's came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Donna (sales) worked with us and showed us a range of options and guided us to an engineered hardwood that worked for our house. She was patient, knowledgeable and caring. Dalton's worked around our tight schedule and Sam coordinated the delivery & installation. Adrian (installation) and his crew did an outstanding job on the installation. They paid attention to details like making the special molding cuts at the corners & leaving the floor cleaned.

Five Star experience! We upgraded our flooring to hardwood from carpet. Dalton Carpet One did an amazing work from beginning to an end throughout the process delivering an excellent quality of work. Flooring Consultant Paul Deaton made sure whole transaction ran smooth even though we had to reschedule and all. We really appreciate his wonderful customer service skill making us feel our project was his top priority. Because of him and his staff, this project went on nice and smooth all the way. We are so happy with this project, now we want to get our bath room upgrade done through Dalton Carpet One. The carpet is nice but the installation wasn't completely like we were told. We were told that the floors would be repaired for their squeakiness. The installer told my husband that repairing the floor was extra and we didn't pay extra. They also put our furniture back in the wrong place. Overall, it was an okay experience but one that wasn't perfect.

they beat the competition with excellence We went with Dalton Carpet One because they have been in business for a long time....something like 60 years. Their laminate pricing beat out a large metro Atlanta competitor by a long shot including labor. That was just on their first quote without knowing that we already had other quotes. The service was excellent with a few hiccups but nothing to complain about. There was 1 problem post installation where 2 transition molding pieces had come loose because they are glued down. They came back very quickly and apologetically to fix the problem. We are very satisfied with the work and would use them again.
