Great ... except for one thing Great help on the front end choosing flooring. Nice selection and low pressure buying process. Install work started on time. Install went good. Crew was very hard working, friendly and prompt. Installed flooring looks great. Only issue were the stairs. Installed oak treads. Stain color was not a close to the match floors. Understood it was not going to be an exact match but was not close. Should have had us review the tread color before installing. They made good on the issue and had then re-stained. So re-staining took additional time. Result was some unclean lines. I would recommend using them and would use them again.

Excellent services! Everyone was great from beginning to end. my salesman, Josh Ridings, was great at helping me pick out what I wanted for my home and explaining the whole process to me. He was also great at following up with me after the install to make sure I was happy. The installers were very nice and professional and did a great job. I'm really glad that I chose to go with Parkers Carpet One.

Excellent product and service! Everyone at Parkers Carpet One was extremely helpful in helping us to pick out flooring for our house after a water pipe burst and flooded our house.
