They are a very warm, friendly family oriented company, I felt right at home. I asked for a specific type of flooring within seconds had a sample in hand along with my price point. After deciding the type of flooring I scheduled a time for measurement Carpet One came out on time just as promised. The install was on schedule and a breeze, I didn't have to wait weeks for installation!! You will always have a repeat customer with me!!

Excellent product and service! Everyone at Parkers Carpet One was extremely helpful in helping us to pick out flooring for our house after a water pipe burst and flooded our house. Josh Ridings did a great job in working with our insurance company and in seeing that the work was done to our satisfaction. Great job!
