GBCustomer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. I have emailed them 2x regarding my order but no response over several days. They say they shipped the products but UPS tracking says that tracking will update once they receive the package to deliver. So, they clearly just made a label and have yet to get the product out within the same or next day from order PER their shipping policy. Stay away.

GBHappy customer I received a confirmation for my online order right away, followed up with a personal thank you email from the Flameless Candle Shop. My package was delivered within 5 days. The personal email was a pleasant surprise. I plan to do business with them again.

GBI am happy with my luminara candle I am happy with my luminara candle. It looks real. I have one scented in a cream color and I bought a white unscented one too. I feel that having 2 in each color allows me to put in different colored powder rooms for a soft sense of a spa like mood. One comes with a small black remote and the other cream scented vanilla one I bought a seperate white remote. All gifts for my daughter after I bought one each for myself with no remotes.

GBOutstanding Service! I ordered a Liminara candle and it arrived - within days! Unfortunately, the color and size didn't work in my home, so I returned it - and received a refund within days! With both transactions Flameless Candle Shop kept in constant contact with me, so I knew exactly what was happening - and when - with my order and return. Excellent customer service!
