water repelling wears off after washing At first I loved my new couches, but after living with them for over 9 months I wish I hadn't bought them. I purchased this couch because I really wanted white couches but I have three small children and I was concerned about staining. Ultimately, I decided to buy because of all the good reviews and videos of the couches resisting all types of liquids. Fast forward 9 months and after washing my covers several times on cold with mild detergent, all of the "water repelling" features have completely disappeared. Now when something is accidentally spilled, it soaks right into the fabric and the fabric does not perform well against stains. My entire couch looks stained, dirty, and rather gross. Far from what I wanted! Of course this company does not warranty their covers or fabrics. I'd gladly take my money back because the only reason I bought this couch - the liquid stain resistance - literally went down the drain.

Amazing customer service! Great couch!! I bought this couch unseen even though I live close to a few showrooms. The process of ordering was simple and I received my couch 4 weeks after ordering! The material is so soft and the color is exactly as pictured! The customer service overall from beginning to end was great! A huge shoutout to the two guys who delivered our couch, Cesar & Ivan! My delivery window was 3:00-6:00pm, but at 1:00pm, I received a call and said that they could come deliver the couch even earlier than the original timeframe, which worked for us! They showed up and were very friendly and professional. They fixed this couch up really quickly and even took the time to wash their hands before putting the covers on to ensure our covers stayed clean! Overall, we have been satisfied with our experience and our couch so far!!

Returned couch with no problems I ordered this couch because we have dogs and I wanted something that was easy to keep clean. I’ve been look for a specific couch for a few years and this was honestly everything I didn’t want in a couch. I have a bohemian style of decor in my home and I thought I would make this couch work. When I received it I instantly knew it was not going to work. I was so disappointed! But the company was so incredibly understanding and gave me no problems at all in returning the couch. They covered the cost of shipping it back and refunded my money in less than 2 weeks. So although the couch isn’t my style the company is absolutely 5 star to work with. I wish more companies were this easy to work with.
