quick delivery My earrings arrived quickly and in tact. As I purchased 2 pairs I assumed they would come in separate boxes but they came in the same box. As they were gifts, this left me stuck without a box - but quality and delivery were great.

Pandora Ring I ordered a Pandora ring that was my daughter’s favorite ‘lucky’ ring that she had lost. She was beside herself. The ring was retired at Pandora. URBANfusion was the only place that we could find it. The price was the same that Pandora charged. The order came in a timely manner and I am forever grateful.

Missing a charm in order.. The jewerly is beautiful. I purchased it with 25% off which is a bonus. And I received my order quickly. The problem, I ordered 5 petite birthstones charms and only received 4. I sent an email to URBANfusion 2 days ago. Waiting to hear back from them. If I receive the 5th charm, I would certainly rate URBANfusion with 5 stars. UPDATE: I received a response from URBANfusion and they will be sending the missing charm immediately. So I change my review to 5 stars. And I would certainly order from them again.
