They held my flowers hostage to try and… They held my flowers hostage to try and shake me down for more money the day I’d delivery. I ordered flowers for my grandmother that lives far away from me for her birthday. I ordered them days ahead of time. The day is scheduled delivery they held the flowers trying to get me to pay an extra $14 on top of the flower price, handling fee and shipping fee. I will never use this business again. This is a shady way to conduct business. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware! Do not use the company. Spread the word far and wide.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Ordered flowers that said they would be delivered on time. Then 6 hours later after every flower shop has closed they send me a text message that they can't deliver my flowers on time even though they have a garentee on their website about delivery.

BEWARE: DID NOT DELIVER False advertising for same day delivery!! Ordered at 2:30AM on March 31st, for same day delivery, as of April 1st they still have not delivered them!! This was for my daughter who just delivered my first grand child. Im so embarrassed she hasnt received them. I canceled the order, trash "service".

Unreliable company Ordered flowers for cousin's funeral on Thursday morning. Funeral was Friday afternoon. there are florist shops in the town Fayetteville, TN. Received call Sat morning to advise unable to deliver the flowers due to no florist close enough to deliver on time. I told her there were 3 florists in that town. Then she changed it to overflow and unable to deliver the flowers. then wanted to send to the home of family. I told her definitely NOT. refund my money. What kind of company is this. Beware if you think about using this company. Wonder if they will lose my money or tell me there is not a bank close enough to me to accept the money. You called the day after the funeral . and they were open . I checked with my cousins who live there. You dropped the ball on this one. NO, definitely not sending funeral flowers to the wife after the funeral.

Worst place ever My son ordered flowers for this Valentine's Day 2024 should have arrived on the 13th ya right!!!! Well it's the 15th at 9:16 Still no delivery Inquire on line as they specify or call no human nothing but recordings no matter what number you press What a crock of ..... Never recommend this place It's a joke
