Called Customer service next day at 11 am and was told an order will be placed now, offered 15 dollar upgrade. I declined upgrade wife called flower shop they do not deliver to my home and they just received order at 3 pm. Florist felt bad for our treatment and did an extra special arrangement. I asked the last person I spoke with at customer service is lying doing your best and she agreed it was not.

Once you use them, you can never get rid of them, you can supposedly unsubscribe, but trust me it never happens. I've been receiving emails from them for a couple of years, unsubscribed at least twenty times, and still get emails. Now with valentines day coming, i get 2 or 3 a day since February 1st. Avoid them, it's not worth being spammed forever after! Further, they want me to provide more information so they can respond to my complaint properly. My complaint is simple, they have all the tools that make you think you have successfully unsubscribed from receiving emails, but it never happens. There are thousands of the same complaint.

I ordered flowers for my grandmother that lives far away from me for her birthday. I ordered them days ahead of time. The day is scheduled delivery they held the flowers trying to get me to pay an extra $14 on top of the flower price, handling fee and shipping fee. I will never use this business again. This is a shady way to conduct business. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware! Do not use the company. Spread the word far and wide.

Sender and recipient were both well pleased. Ordering online was very easy. My friend was so surprised and excited, when she received them, so she sent a photo. The arrangement was even more beautiful in her photo! Better yet, they arrived early in the day, so she didn't miss the delivery, when she went to dinner that evening.

They make promises to deliver.take your money out of your account before delivery and deliver a day later then scheduled. Who wants flowers a day late after special occasion. Not me!
