Do Not Order from FastGrowing Trees.com If I could rate zero I would. The first Japanese maple I ordered in the fall, showed up dead. The replacement arrived and looked sickly. I planted it anyway, hoping for the best, but by the beginning of spring it was evident it didn't make it. When I contacted them, they said the 30 day warranty had expired already, and I didn't click on extended warranty, they gave me 20% off and said to try again and that won't happen because I'm never ordering from them again.

They ship dead trees now. Avoid We have bought several trees from them but the recent one came almost dead. We planted Italian plum tree hoping it will recover but since it lost most of the leaves it died right away. Customer service refused to send a replacement so we suggest everybody to go with a different vendor that supports their product.

This is a replacement tree for the one that died that got sent from them before. You stuff the tree in with a bob ross planter pot which shouldve been in a separate container. And that also got bent up.

Trees unnaturally top heavy The problem with FGT is that they price many of their trees by how tall they are. What happens is that the trees are not naturally allowed to grow properly and in fact are made to grow tall by excessive staking. I purchased an Avocado and mango tree from them and both were unnaturally top heavy resulting in me having to basically cut them in half and "re-grow" them. I am happy to report that the trees survived the harsh pruning and are growing in the proper manner.
