NO WAY I do not recommend this company if you have other options. They overcharge and underdeliver in a very big way! I was hoping for integrity and now, upon reflection understand there is actually no such thing as ALL 5 star reviews for any business ---meaning they have eliminated everything else. The tree I received was a full 2 ft smaller than what I paid for and in terrible condition. I don't know if it was that mangled before or during the boxing up process, but either way --I will never order from this company again!

Bait and Switch Placed an order for a buy 1, get 1 offer and only got one tree. When I contacted customer support they denied the offer ever existed. I wouldn’t order from them again, but I strongly recommend that anyone who does takes screenshots of every step of the order process.

Plant Plant - or I should say ONE sprout arrived in a box filled with dirt. Sprout was half dead on delivery. NO protection was given to the sprout during shipment, hence the paltry item I received. Reached out for "their replacement guarantee" - No response as to a replacement. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They over-charge for very young plants and don't stand behind their warrantee! ALSO, they do not post negative comments on their site! AVOID!

So happy to find this company This is the 3rd time I've ordered from FGT and never been disappointed. Most recent delivery was a fiddle leaf fig. It arrived on time, was well packaged in excellent condition, and came with detailed care instrux. Past orders have been for shade trees; all healthy and fairly priced. I've recommended FGT to friends and neighbors and will continue to order from them.
