GBCorrect addresses are important 1. The stair company entered the address incorrectly on the first shipment which delayed arrival by 2 days. 2. Sixteen (16) of the round shoe collars arrived chipped, dinged and scratched. Not from damage - they were packaged that way! 3. The order for the replacement shoe collars arrived late because the shipping address was entered incorrectly AGAIN!!! 4. I run a business and it's hard to make money when product doesn't arrive as scheduled. This isn't rocket science. It's just carelessness.

GBAmazing Service! Mike @ Stairpartsconnect.com was great to work with. He was across the country but provided better service than my local building supply store. He spent over an hour on the phone and traded multiple emails with me to make sure I got the right parts. I would highly recommend them.

GBAccidents happen. My order was somehow "deleted" due to a website snafu, so 0 stars for that. The owner was very polite and worked to make things right, so 5 stars for that. I was delayed quite substantially from receiving my order but I do believe it was an accident. So 4 stars overall for the recovery effort. I will order again from them.
