Yes, Yes... No? I had two previous experience with getting hard wood flooring installed, and I had no issues 5 stars those times, but when it was time to remove our kitchen island put in a new island and new flowing in the kitchen they dropped the ball left and right, and once the project was complete I never heard from anyone again. The General Contractor did finish the island I think because we said we would eventually be putting in bacsksplash so they didn't seal the new counter top or sinish that area of the wall is just drywall and unsealed but we didn't know when we would get to the backsplash it should have been painted, textured and sealed like normal but no one has even inquired if everything went as expected, the flooring installers were horrendous and left a trash can in the middle of the living room overnight while we lived in the house. I had to move it, they could have moved the fridge back instead of placing it in front of the stove so that I could use both but for some reason even though they had put the flooring down they left the kitchen in such a way that I couldn't use it.

Great Service! Jamie was very helpful, offered suggestions and ideas based on what we were looking for. He was timely with communication and delivered all services he said he would. The product has turned out great (carpet and vinyl tile). We will definitely be using Florcraft for future renovations!

Patrick is knowledgeable and … Patrick is knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. We discussed my timeline and purchasing options. He recommended two solutions that were spot on. As a result of visiting the showroom, I also found replacement flooring for front entry-way and garage entry. I absolutely love the new floors. The installers were great and did a beautiful job. Jamie is great.. Jamie is great... no pressure, knows flooring. a year after installation, he still honored the products he sold us. Carpet was stretched and wrinkles removed. Would recommend Jamie and Floor craft to anybody interested in flooring.. Thanks, jeff and carol
