Consistent customer care and quality work This was the second time we bought carpet from Florcraft and while the first time everything went very well, this time was different. There was an issue with the carpet that meant that its installation would be delayed until they could find a solution. Florcraft worked with their installers and eventually with the manufacturer, The outcome was that the carpet was replaced and they completed the job, with excellent results. We also managed to get a second room carpeted at a discounted price with one of the pieces of the original carpet. We knew they would get the job done and they did and they treated us well throughout the entire process. We will be buying more floor coverings from them yet again.

The style of the carpet is nice and the … The style of the carpet is nice and the installer did a good job installing the carpet. However, the underlayment is not uniform, so depressions can be felt in the carpet. The carpet was installed before the other restoration work was completed and consequently paint was tracked onto the carpet. The restoration company still has painting, plumbing, electrical and cabinetry work to do, so I expect more damage to the carpet. I did not give approval for the carpet to be installed before the other restoration work was completed.

Yes, Yes... No? I had two previous experience with getting hard wood flooring installed, and I had no issues 5 stars those times, but when it was time to remove our kitchen island put in a new island and new flowing in the kitchen they dropped the ball left and right, and once the project was complete I never heard from anyone again. The General Contractor did finish the island I think because we said we would eventually be putting in bacsksplash so they didn't seal the new counter top or sinish that area of the wall is just drywall and unsealed but we didn't know when we would get to the backsplash it should have been painted, textured and sealed like normal but no one has even inquired if everything went as expected, the flooring installers were horrendous and left a trash can in the middle of the living room overnight while we lived in the house. I had to move it, they could have moved the fridge back instead of placing it in front of the stove so that I could use both but for some reason even though they had put the flooring down they left the kitchen in such a way that I couldn't use it.

Great, quality work We love our interaction and business with Florcraft. The only suggestion for improvement is making sure the installers stick to their schedule. Thanks for wonderful service as always!!
