GBPaint sucks Bought primer and paint for a crib. What a hassle to do so. Paint scratches easily

GBPainted crib I've painted a lot of furniture before and I wanted to make sure that the paint I used for my baby's crib was safe. This paint was just that. No fumes and no terrible smell for my sensitive pregnancy nose. I read the blog and followed instructions on how to paint the crib, lightly sand it down, wipe it off, paint one layer let it dry overnight and repeat. I chose a white semi gloss finish and although the color is great I hate the finish. I absolutely hate it. The paint did not really go on as easily as most paints and coverage was not very good. I think that's probably because I have a dark colored crib. One week and 3 coats later and I now hate the crib and regret painting it. Even after giving it days to dry the paint scratches off easily. I'm thinking it needed more than a light sanding. This was a very very expensive lesson learned for me. I'll just stick to normal chemicals or just buy a white crib next time. I would give it 2.5 stars rounded to 3 because it is what it said it is. Baby safe paint.

GBCrib Revamp Overall I was very happy with my Lullaby Paint purchase. The color is beautiful. However, the paint is very thin (due to how safe it is I'm sure) so the lighter colors do not cover well and I really could have used another quart (despite what was recommended by the site). Even after using the Lullaby Paint Primer I still had a lot of issues with the original crib color coming through.

GBI did not get my entire order I thought I ordered 3 sample colors, but only received 1/3. Unless I am mistaken, I should have gotten 3 sample colors. Caleb

GBPoor coverage The website says that after sanding, it should only take 2 coats of paint to cover furniture. I've sanded done 3 coats and still aren't happy with the coverage. It's ended up being much more work than anticipated.
