While going threw my bank statements… While going threw my bank statements for income tax purposes, I've discovered that someone has been using my debit card numbers, to get money from one of the car dealerships there in San Jose, Ca. My opinion, that someone is from Payactiv, just down the street from the car dealerships there in San Jose, Ca. How can I get my money back?

I have had an ongoing issue for 4-5… I have had an ongoing issue for 4-5 months about $200 being missed and no one would help me get my money until Richard from the resolution team reached out to me and gave me my money. Nobody until Richard would even try to help. Payactiv needs to work on their customer service

The company needs more Agents like this... I was transferred to Davis M from another rep and I've been going back and forth with reps since yesterday morning and I was so frustrated when Davis M came into the chat. I explained what happened and how it made me feel and he turned it around and made the entire situation right. Davis if I could give you 10 stars I would. You did what 8 other reps didn't take a minute to do. Thank you again You are an amazing rep.

Garry stayed on my call rather than transferring me or waiting for someone else to follow up, used troubleshooting based on info I provided, and we were able to fix my glitch without having to wait another 24 hours for tech support. I really appreciate him staying on the call and figuring out a solution!
