While going threw my bank statements… While going threw my bank statements for income tax purposes, I've discovered that someone has been using my debit card numbers, to get money from one of the car dealerships there in San Jose, Ca. My opinion, that someone is from Payactiv, just down the street from the car dealerships there in San Jose, Ca. How can I get my money back?

HORRIBLE COMPANY Back again to say that it's been over 7 months now and this company still has over $8,000 of my money that they're holding on to. I submitted a review and they got back to me. I heard from several people who were "higher ups" in the company, promising a resolution. Well, here I am still with nothing. This paycheck alone, they took almost another $1,000. I have no idea how they are allowed to get away with this. I have contacted the BBB. To say I'm frustrated is a gross understatement. WORST COMPANY EVER!

The company needs more Agents like this... I was transferred to Davis M from another rep and I've been going back and forth with reps since yesterday morning and I was so frustrated when Davis M came into the chat. I explained what happened and how it made me feel and he turned it around and made the entire situation right. Davis if I could give you 10 stars I would.
