Only good things to say I have made four complete kitchen suite purchases of microwave drawer, refrigerator, fume hood, range/ cooktop, dishwasher, mimi-fridge and each have been perfect when they arrived......except one of the microwave drawers. One phone call, one week and no hassles later the replacement arrived. No issues at all! I would recommend PHS if you are looking for quality appliances for the price of a wharehouse supplier. Exactly what you need if you are budget concious and want a reputable company behind the purchase in case something was to go wrong.

Great service and great products This company has done very well for us as we were out of the country while we were arranging the delivery of our appliances that we had purchased through them. We were out of the country due to a death in the family and it was extremely hard time for us. They were able to coordinate on our behalf so that one of our deliveries would not have got sent back to the warehouse. And they helped us tremendously. The appliances are stunning and operate very well! We get nothing but compliments on them and we have nothing but compliments for this company!

WONDERFUL We were totally impressed from ordering our lovely range to delivery and beyond. Our range is everything we wanted and more. It looks wonderful in our kitchen as well and could not be more happy.

Best in Class We had to be patient as the unit was on back order, still faster than ordering from a brick & mortar place. It came well packaged and delivered right to my kitchen. Installation was easy to do myself. Very powerful, elegant range and hood. It will be moving with us should we ever move.

Good Customer Service / Problem Resolution! So firstly - great pricing for my premium product, hence why I went to PHS and based on review of internet reviews. That's the good. Delivery was also quick given the product was on back order - so also good. Product arrived damaged - not so good for a premium brand and an expensive product. However, Customer Service (Wendy) resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. So overall a 4/5. Sometimes a company shows its worth when things do go wrong!
