Ordered a dual 54k unit Ordered a dual 54k unit . After purchased they reached out stating what I ordered will put out max of 48k with 1 condenser with dual fans and if this is what I wanted . I didn’t realize , they recommended seperate units to equal the same 54k . Best part , it was cheaper this way . Great and honest company!

Premium home source very good choice. When I first contacted Premium home source they worked hard to get my appliance package to what I wanted in the price range I was looking for. I was building a new home and it wasn’t done yet. It was just after Covid, so I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get the appliances when my home was ready. They were willing to store my appliances until the home was ready but I had them send them instead and they came super quick. My refrigerator was damaged in shipping and I called them. They had me take some pictures and send to them and they replaced it right away. They were very kind and courteous when I called And I had trouble with a dishwasher. The bottom of it was broke and I had stored it and they replaced it completely for me. They have just been very helpful and I would recommend the store and Zline products to anyone. My children also built a new home and they went through Premium Home Scource to purchase theirs also because of they way We were treated. I was missing the champagne bronze handles and they ship them right out. I received them in three days. This company has been super to work with. I would recommend them highly.

DIY Couldn't be Easier! I purchased a 4 ton Mr Cool heat pump in May of 2023 and installed it that summer. During my research, I contacted PHS customer service a few times with questions and to get product spec confirmation that required them to contact the manufacturer. They were always upbeat and helpful in answering my questions. That is why I chose PHS over their competitors for my heat pump purchase.

Dishwasher disaster If I could 0 starts I would. I bought an expensive Z-line dishwasher and a 1 year warranty through PHS. About 4 months after installation the entire dishwasher became inoperable due to the control panel shorting out. PHS through the warranty had me wait about 4-5 weeks before they could have it repaired. A month after repair, it happened again. Now I had to wait another 5 weeks for the repair. Then PHS said they would no longer cover the product. When it went out a 3rd and 4th time (same problem), PHS says they are done with warranty and to call the manufacturer. Product was defective from day 1 and PHS took no responsibility and would not even try to remedy the problem. I would never use them again. 4/10 Update: PHS has agreed to replace the entire defective dishwasher with a new one. Customer service won out in the end.
