I sent my 3.2 carat diamond wedding… I sent my 3.12 carat diamond wedding ring appraised at $32,000 by a vetted jeweler. They offered an $8,000 fee to sell. NOT only was the price offensively below it's worth, they sent the ring back shoddily placed back in it's setting making it crooked and possibly able to fall out. After contacting them with my issue, they offered to attempt to amend their failure to return my ring in the EXACT condition I sent it in, but they offered ZERO "customer service" to fix their egregious mistake or any compensation to have it repaired. When I tried, numerous times, to have this problem fixed, there was no communication whatsoever to take any responsibility. I'll never use this service again, nor advice my many contacts with high end jewelry. BEWARE. Please take extensive before photos prior to sending any item to this "company." PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR VALUABLES.

My experience with worthy has been great My experience with worthy has been positive. I was nervous about shipping my jewelry however they remained in great communication from when the ring left my home up until it arrived and was auctioned off. This process was easy to follow and I feel I got an acceptable amount for my jewelry.

It was pretty seamless but the fee you… It was pretty seamless but the fee you charge was hard to find and by the time I found it the ring was sold and I didn’t get as much as I thought I was. Plus I got more than what you recommended which I guess was for a quick sale.
