I would not trust this … I would not trust this startechtel they charge my credit when I order linecard for mitel sx-50 and they did not shipped the item and when call every time they said item shipped and sending me traceking no. they never do that , I order 17 sep 2018 and today is oct-2 and I did not recived my order but they charge my credit card, I call today then even hang up my phone, do not trust this guys

Live and Learn and never again. If the products you ordered were working fine when you got them consider yourself lucky. But if you have any problems and need actual customer service or a return forget about it, they will find something to keep from having to help you. Very dishonest in that way.

Most important for me: The products were well packaged, brand new and the manufacturer recognizes the company as a reseller. Got burned before making some orders from Amazon that ended up having no warranty because they were sold by non-authorized resellers.
