Easy Website, Fast Customer Service Response I found my product easily; however, when I placed and order, I did not get a tracking number. I sent an email and got a quick response letting me know the product was due in to their facility the following day and it would then be shipped out. Once shipped, I would receive the tracking number. Would have been nice to get this information without having to follow up, but overall I will shop this website again.

The phone could not plug into the wall… The phone could not plug into the wall jack and the company would not refund. Extremely disappoitned with the worthless purchase.

Excellent! I quickly received quotes for the products I was looking for and they also delivered all products in a timely manner. Most important for me: The products were well packaged, brand new and the manufacturer recognizes the company as a reseller. Got burned before making some orders from Amazon that ended up having no warranty because they were sold by non-authorized resellers.
