They came through for me! Taylor Security listed the Securitron special-order parts I needed with complete and accurate nomenclature and description. Their price also happened to be the lowest I found, and with my order a little over $100, the shipping was free. The items arrived in excellent condition about 10 days sooner than Taylor had estimated. I am very happy with their service, and look forward to doing business with them again.

Very Happy, Highly Recommend I originally placed the same order with a different distributor. After ordering 2 lock hasps "in stock and ready to ship" I was contacted saying I would need to double by order to meet the manufacturer's minimum order. 3 days later the product had not shipped, I was then told "masterlock has a five day window to ship out new product." I cancelled my order, found taylor, and ordered the amount I needed for almost half the price. It shipped immediately, and arrived in two days. They saved my project.

Replacing a broken door knob I needed to replace a door knob that broke and I couldn't find it anywhere else. When I ordered it from Taylor Security & Lock I was told it would have to be ordered from the factory so it would take a couple of weeks. Sure enough, after a couple weeks I received it and I just finished installing it. Without Taylor Security & Lock I would have had to pick a new door knob that did not match anything else in the house.
