I ordered a replacement part for my… I ordered a replacement part for my mailbox that cost $28.00, that maybe are worth $10.00. The replacement part did not work. Also charged $20.00 for postage. $5.00 would of covered the piece that was sent. Called the company to return the part that did not work and was told I would need to cover the cost of sending back and also a restocking fee. That is so wrong. For a mailbox costing $400.00 you would think there would be a lifetime warranty. So dissatisfied.
