CRNo reply during the entire process, none whatsoever Place an order on 1/2/2023 and cancelled on 1/5/2023. No reply during the entire process, my order was always on hold. My first attempt at contact went an answered, waited for a day or two and checked in once again. After several attempts at contacting customer service, to no avail, I decided to cancel my purchase and this survey has been the most communication I've had your company. GBThis company had a product that I was… This company had a product that I was unable to find from my local suppliers. They got me through a Lock problem that nobody in my home town was able to come up with a solution for. I recommended craftmaster , they delivered on the product as advertised & in a timely manner at that. Thanks Craftmaster!

GBNo Credit For Return I never gave ok to order quoted material. The unauthorized order was shipped anyway and my credit card was charged $1,334.82. I contacted him right away, he said he was sorry. Someone sent me a return label. I shipped all of the material back around mid-August. Your staff acknowledged that you received the returned material. I contacted my CSR again and he said I should see a full credit refund in about a week. That was over a month ago and I've still not seen my credit.
