Great Customer Service I placed an order before the holidays and made a mistake and ordered the wrong color cord. Jami was able to quickly fix my problem and made the swap before there were any issues. The cable I also switched to did not have the full quantity I needed. I understood that around the holidays that it would be a longer lead time to produce, but he still made it happen. The cord and all other materials arrived so much sooner than I expected. Jami supplied great customer service and quickly resolved a mistake I made.

Poor/ no communication I purchased some items from creative cables. I needed some support as I dont believe I received all of the parts. I have submitted a request three times and also tried calling a #. Never got a response. *update* Their response to my review seems accurate as I was emailing about strain reliefs. I just went back and checked my trash and Spam box but there is nothing. Can you please try reaching out to my email address again.

Made in Italy, but M10 metric mount not US 3/8 inch Generally, i was delighted to find these light sockets made in Italy and not China. Delivery was pretty quick by DHL from Italy, and the sockets seem well made. My only issue is that the bottom of the socket is a female threaded connection that ALMOST fits onto a standard US 3/8 inch threaded lamp tube, but is a metric M10 1.0 thread that doesnt really fit (although it can be jammed into the US connector). I emailed a question about this to the website but got no answer and took a chance - it didnt pay off, but maybe i can use these sockets some other way.

Good Looking Electrical Parts I found good looking electrical parts that will look good on rewiring Gio Ponti lamps at a reasonable price. I did not realize though that this site is in Italy and wondered if the parts I bought will be compatible with US lamp wiring but turned out OK.
